Hello,

Could you please tell me how would we code for a patient who has copd, asthma and allergic rhinitis?Any help very much appreciated.

Code additional note says specify type of Asthma with J45.-
Use additional code for Tobacco status if applicable to the patient

For Allergic Rhinitis look at range J30.-
